Atlanta, (January 6, 2005) – Tell Us About Us Inc. announces the development of Assured Resolution™ Version 4.0, the next generation of customer service center solutions. The first brand to use this new solution is Popeyes® Chicken & Biscuits, the world’s second-largest quick-service chicken concept based on number of units.
The latest version of the Assured Resolution program has surpassed existing best practices and represents a new standard in the industry. The result is a highly intuitive feedback reporting solution that provides for better handling of repeat callers, enhanced issues management and tracking tools and the ability for multi-unit operators to examine trends in customer feedback across locations.
