Tell Us About Us Inc. pursuing aggressive reseller strategy to expand into new markets

Toronto, ON (January 17, 2006) – Buoyed by success in its core markets, Tell Us About Us Inc. announced plans to aggressively recruit value-added resellers for its award winning suite of tools that enable multi-unit organizations to integrate customer and employee feedback into their daily operations.  The company already has clients in industries as diverse as telecommunications, restaurants, retail, banking and entertainment.

“Understanding customers and acting on that information is a universal requirement for successful companies.  Given the diversity of our current client base, which includes three existing resellers, we’ve seen that our software can be adapted to almost any industry.  The challenge for us is to find people who have industry-specific knowledge and a solid understanding of the best way to apply these tools to their industry,” explained Tyler Gompf, President of TUAU. 

In preparation for this move TUAU has streamlined all its processes and pulled together the resources that will allow qualified resellers to integrate these tools into their existing offering as quickly as possible.  “Our focus for 2006 is to open our software to resellers, provide extensive support and basically - make them prosper.  We’re still going to push forward in established markets, but resellers will be the key to widespread penetration,” said Gompf.
